This page is dedicated to my first Husky. Her name is Sakari Nahima. Her name was taken from one of the Native American dialects and translates to "Sweet Mystic". We adopted Sakari from the Humane Society  about two years ago. She was about a year old at that time so she is now around three years old. Sakari has been a wonderful addition to our family . So has her little adopted brother Dakota. We adopted him from a family that just couldn't handle him about 6 months ago. We know that Dakota is part Husky by his markings. We have no idea what the other part is. If you think you know, write me and let me know what you think he is.
